At JAREZMusic.com, operated by J Star Entertainment LLC, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or join the JAREZ Inner Circle, why we use it, and how to request changes.
Information you provide
Our contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry category, and message. Our JAREZ Inner Circle signup collects your name, email address, and your consent to receive music news and promotional updates. We may also receive information you voluntarily share through other website features.
How we use your information
We use contact form information to review and respond to inquiries. We use mailing-list information to manage subscriptions and, when you opt in, send news about JAREZ music, releases, performances, and related offers. We may use limited technical information to protect forms against spam and misuse. Subscribing to the mailing list is not required to contact us.
Contact forms and email delivery
Our website uses a self-hosted contact form rather than Formspree for the updated contact page. Submissions are processed by our hosting environment and forwarded to our designated business Gmail inbox. Email messages may be processed by our hosting and email providers. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Mailing-list records and consent
Our updated signup form stores subscriber details in a restricted server-side record and sends an administrative notification to our business inbox. We use these records to manage the JAREZ Inner Circle mailing list. You may request to unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@jarezmusic.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from JAREZ Inner Circle.” We will process the request and stop future promotional emails to that address. Where newsletters are sent using another provider, its unsubscribe tools may also apply.
Service providers and third-party content
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, host data, deliver email, or provide services you request. Embedded music, videos, social links, merchandise stores, and payment services may operate under their own privacy policies. We do not sell the personal information submitted through our contact or signup forms.
